Which Bible is the Right One?

Some time ago I had a man accuse me of being a Biblioliter

School’s warnings

This is a term used by those who disagree with us who believe the KJV

Evidently trying to intimidate or trying to make us feel we have committed some sin for placing the word of God in such high esteem.

Psalms 138:1-2  <<A Psalm of David.>> I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

Philippians 2:9-11  Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

After what we have just read, I wonder if they would accuse the Lord of being a Biblioliter?

God’s words are Pure Proverbs 30:5-6  Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.  Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

God’s words endure forever 1 Peter 1:25  But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

Those who disagree with us would have you believe it is our preference to believe the KJV

But in actuality it is based on scripture

Those how would confuse you about the bible believe 1,2,4 but not 3

An Evangelist friend of mine calls this the dumb God theory.    After having stated that he would preserve his word from this generation forever.

Is incapable of keeping his promise          Then leaving it up to man to decide for himself which readings should really be in the bible

This position is truly one of choice or preference and unscriptural

What you are left with is confusion     Ever been to one of those bible studies where everyone has there own version      What does your’s say?

The only thing that comes out of those things is a sense of contributing and sharing

1 Corinthians 14:33  For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
